Somatic coaching is a bottom up approach working with your nervous system health through body based practices to process unresolved emotions, behaviour patterns, memories or trauma. This is a different route to explore other than talking therapies. These sessions include coaching, embodied processing, breath, movement and more.

Trauma-Informed therapeutic session without walls. A deeply restorative 1:1 experience held in nature, where the natural world becomes an active co-regulator in the nervous system healing process. Instead of sitting in a room, we walk through woods, rest under trees, breathe with the breeze… and the body begins to unwind, recalibrate, and come back home to itself.

Most common reason I see clients for MLD. After a tummy tuck, lymphatic pathways are disrupted, causing swelling and fluid build-up. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) gently re-routes the lymph flow, reduces swelling, prevents fibrosis, and supports a smoother, faster recovery.

MLD is a therapeutic yet gentle & relaxing treatment that restores the lymphatic system flow and the healing process of any post op. A must have treatment for anyone who has undergone a recent post op/cosmetic surgery procedure such as liposuction & also experiencing swelling, bruising, build up of scar tissue, localised inflammation etc.

I work closely with clients who are have undergone tummy tuck procedures.

Together we open sacred space and start with some grounding and safety connection. Enjoy a little somatic movement to loosen the fascia diving into a transformative breathwork session using conscious connected breathwork.
