Somatic coaching is a bottom up approach working with your nervous system health through body based practices to process unresolved emotions, behaviour patterns, memories or trauma. This is a different route to explore other than talking therapies. These sessions include coaching, embodied processing, breath, movement and more.

Bespoke energy medicine session designed to move energy in the body through breathwork, shamanic drumming, embodiment and Reiki. This healing treatment supports you in any processing heaviness, stuckness and emotions.

Somatic healing session focuses on regulating the vagus nerve & overall nervous system, unwinding the fascia, releasing emotional/energetic/physical blockages, and stored trauma on the face through an intentional intuitive gentle touch. Results are seen immediately in relieved tension on the face, reduced inflammation/puffiness, a glowing visible uplifted face & spirit. I work with you to offer a space of deep reset and include vagus nerve practices to do at home too.

MRT is a therapeutic bodywork treatment working with the fascia to stretch & release restrictions creating space and softness in the body. MRT includes lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy and soft tissue release using my skills in Swedish, deep tissue, level 3 & 4 sports massage

MLD is a therapeutic yet gentle & relaxing treatment that restores the lymphatic system flow and the healing process of any health condition or post op. A must have treatment for anyone who has undergone a recent post op/cosmetic surgery procedure such as liposuction & also experiencing swelling, bruising, build up of scar tissue, localised inflammation etc. Additionally, MLD is perfect for fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, bloating, swelling & fluid retention, Lipoedema

Using my skills a Reiki master, I tap into what is laying heavy within your energy field & clear it out back into balance. Sometimes I can channel through messages through my psychic abilities. We explore, drumming, breathing, Reiki healing and sound therapy.
