My Mission

“From the busy mind back into the heart, my mission is to guide women home to themselves — to the essence that has always been there beneath the weight of old stories, self-doubt, and pain.

My own healing journey drew me into the worlds of energy work and somatics, where I learned to listen to the language of the body and the whispers of spirit. Over time, this became more than a practice — it became a unique, nature-led path. A way of weaving the wisdom of the elements, embodied awareness, and soulful play into a living medicine for both body and soul.

This work is not about fixing — it is about remembering. Reclaiming your rhythm, your freedom, your aliveness. In our space together, you are invited to soften, awaken your energy, and feel the joy of being fully alive.”

PHILOSOPHY: What I Believe

THERE IS AN ANCIENT WISDOM THAT IS PRESENT IN YOUR BODY

The truth of who we are and what we need is so clearly embedded in our bodies that any form of uncertainty or insecurity is just created by your mind. When you start to live in your body, you begin to realise that there is an intelligence that is higher than what your mind can comprehend.

EVERYTHING IS ROOTED
TO YOUR ENERGY

How you think, act, move is energy. We are energy. Our body is energetic. Through my own journey of mental health and chronic pain, I discovered that the root cause is found at a deeper level in the energetic. The physical is telling you a story from the surface that something is wrong. Time to take a listen in.

YOUR ENTIRE EMOTIONAL
RANGE IS SACRED

We tend to run away from certain emotions. Anger, sadness, rage, pain. They are not emotions you want to get rid of. They are incredibly powerful teachers. When we learn to receive all emotions, we can keep meeting life more fully. There is a deep power we can access within ourselves when we keep being available to life and show up for it all.

What I stand for

Exploration

For me exploration is the base of everything. The playful exploration of our bodies is how we get to know ourselves without pressure, judgement, rejection. Which then leads to self-discovery, self-acceptance and ultimately to self love.

Spiritual Freedom

Imagine a world where you can express your true authentic self exactly who you are meant to be? This is what freedom means to me, what liberation feels like. When we can express our true nature. In all of its multitudes. Releasing the need to suppress who we are. Shedding the parts of us we are pretending to be, again and again.

Embodiment

We are innately embodied creatures. For me conscious embodiment means being more self aware, regulating your nervous system and connecting back to the powerful wisdom of our bodies which is key to healing.

Unapologetic Rest

My space offers unconditional permission to rest fluid to what your body needs. Letting go of feeling lazy whenever we truly gift ourselves rest and understanding the importance of a calm regulated nervous system. Only in the pause, in the non-doing, in the quiet can we listen inwardly.

“My journey of PTSD has led me to find home within myself & with my own return, it carried this deep urge to share this medicine with the world. To truly be of service to others who might need guidance. Who might need a safe space, a space to release, a space to feel seen and carried.”

Reclaiming My Power 〰️

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN...

I am a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, Reiki master, yoga teacher, award winning massage therapist, heart led space holder & an advocate of all things emotional health. I have worked various roles in my life from a holiday rep overseas to brain injury support to marketing & I even have a bachelors degree! However, my passion for wellness was brought to me through my own healing journey.

A woman with black hair and sunglasses, smiling, holding a certificate, standing outdoors on a tree stump, surrounded by greenery and a partly cloudy sky. She is making a peace sign with one hand and has tattoos on her arms, wearing a tank top and floral pants.

In 2018, I began my new career in complementary therapy which progressed into many CPD courses such as pregnancy, sports, oncology massage therapy developing my skills & passion for working with injury and chronic pain. I worked hard behind the scenes to regularly update my knowledge & I am always pushing myself to be the best therapist I can be.

HOW IT STARTED…

A group of people lying on mats and pillows on a wooden floor, participating in a meditation or yoga session in a dimly lit room. A woman stands at the front, speaking to the attendees, with three large singing bowls on stands behind her, and a red curtain in the background.

WHAT I HAVE CREATED…

So in 2021, I qualified in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage. oncology massage & yoga (RYT200) moving my focus to therapeutic wellness . During this time, I experienced a powerful spiritual awakening from healing my trauma which led me into the world of energy, sound baths & working with spirit in client sessions.

My own personal journey of working with the nervous system led me to professional training in 2024 as I undertook 160 hour training programme as a ‘Trauma Informed Somatic Coach & Teacher for Women’ equivalent to a foundational level 4 degree.

My determination, commitment and growth has led me to work with celebrity clients, winning 3 awards, run sell out workshops and retreats with a full ongoing client base.

The Rise of
SOMA ZEN

Amongst striving to be the best therapist, I was working through birth trauma PTSD, postpartum depression, anxiety with elements of psychosis. Constantly searching for answers for my own health, I worked on my mind and every positive affirmations but it still didn’t take me to a space of inner peace … until I found how to process my trauma through my body aka somatic therapies.

Through one single 20 minute breathwork session, I remembered my son being born. It changed my life and everything I knew. Thus, leading to a greater understanding into the connection of body in mental health & trauma.

When I started to move from ‘fixing’ my issues to ‘integrating’ into the fullness of my experience allowing all parts to be processed, my true healing began.

Also, creating a catalyst to take my business where I always dreamed it would go.

I now work with women more deeply; either 1:1, workshop days or retreats reconnecting them to who they are and supporting them to make sustainable change from A to B.
